I’ve designed this workflow for bloggers with a large collection of content that could be better utilized and re-shared in a more strategic way.

Step 1: Review Current Content

I’ll assess your current website and make notes about where improvements could be made. This could cover topics like email subscription boxes, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Photography tips or any number of other suggestions.

Step 2: Free One-on-One Call

On this 30-minute call, I'll lay out exactly where I think your site could use some tweaks or improvements.

It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better, and understand where your pain points are, and where your strengths lie.

Step 3: Discuss Goals & Timelines

Want increased engagement? Posting consistently is key.

Need SEO updates? We can work on that.

Want to strategize about new content?

We’ll discuss all those things on our call!

Step 4: Content Planning

Once we decide to work together, I’ll create a plan for the next 8-12 weeks. I’ll look at holidays, upcoming events, and other relevant happenings in your industry.

Using that information, I’ll plan posts accordingly. This helps you know when to post (and take the time to create) new content.

Step 5: Schedule Social Media Content

I’ll schedule and implement the plan that we finalized in Step 4.

This will give us a framework to help you know how to plan your time for creating new content.

This will focus solely on social media posting.

Step 6: Schedule Email Marketing

Appearing regularly in your followers inboxes is another great way to increase engagement.

I’ll create and schedule weekly emails that offer a recap of the content we’ve just worked on reposting and rescheduling.
